This morning was the startup meeting at Jayway in Malmö for the Talent without borders internship. 8 people with development background received the opportunity to have an internship with focus on scrum methods and Swedish workplace values.
The meeting started out by Mats Weidmar the CEO of Jayway explaining the situation about the lack of software developers and how important it is to make use of the people that is already in Sweden, but lacks the language.
Candidates will get the opportunity to meet other well known companies to build up a network helping them finding a job in this region.
Partners introduced themselves and their company as did the candidates.
